About the Role
Agency Challenges Planning- Assist in planning, compiling and executing of sales forecasts with reference to past data to determine trends in productivity of the Tied Distribution channel- Design, develop and execute the tracking of sales initiatives on dashboards/reports for the Tied Distribution Channel- Provide insights and evaluation on challenge effectiveness in driving financials and productivity- Prepare business proposals and financial projections- Provide observation and recommendations for justification for all challenges launched
Agency Challenge Management- Administer and executing the day to day operations alongside the Sales Initiative, Strategy division team- To manage and monitor the accuracy of the monthly tracker reports for the Annual Clubs and Convention result.- Providing regular results tracking, trends monitoring for all agency sales challenges that are launched- Regular updates through upload of tracking reports on to the online platform.- Manage the appeal framework and constant improving work processes in relation to all Sales Challenges launched
AOI- Agency Office Improvement- Manage and oversee the framework, and working closely with the Location on its administration including renovation, refurbishment and office move.- Managing all communication piece related to Agency Office Space Management
Budget and Payment Management- In depth understanding and monitoring Agency budget allocation, expense and its impact on agency planning and the returns- Preparing and reconciliation of financial spending through monthly accruals of the tied distribution channel.
Projects- Business processes improvements to improve SLA on overall agency experience- Working with other business units within and across the division to support and present analytics and findings on Agency segmentation, demographics, income and productivity.
Job Requirements- Education - Minimum requirement of a degree in Business Management or a related field._- Experience - Minimum of 5 years knowledge in insurance industry_
- especially in Tied Distribution._- Special skills - Advanced knowledge of MSExcel _
- and MSPowerpoint _
- required. Extensive usage of data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI is required._- Strong _
- business acumen skills_
- with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations_
