**Position Overview**:
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for product merchandising. You will be responsible for visiting retail stores to check and ensure product visibility and availability. You will also set up promotional displays and work closely with the store personnel to ensure profitability and high sales.

**Main Functions & Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure goods are well displayed and adequate level of stock is maintained in respective outlets

2. Perform FIFO on stocks to ensure that products are within expiry dates

3. Handle products with care to reduce ullages

4. Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes

5. Arrange for samples according to client requirement

6. Handle customer complaints and requests

7. Provide timely feedback on sales performance of outlets, stock, and all other related issues

8. Perform housekeeping of retail counters

9. Support Product Manager in conducing market surveys

10. Setting up and tearing down events if any

11. Exchange or return stock from retailer if any
