**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform molecular biology techniques such as:
DNA/RNA extraction from skin and microbiome samples
PCR, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis
Nucleic acid quantification (Nanodrop, Qubit)
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and data tracking
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and consumables
- Assist in method development and validation for new assays
- Collaborate with the data and bioinformatics teams for sample tracking and results analysis
- Adhere to laboratory best practices, biosafety standards, and SOPs

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- BSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related life sciences field
- Hands-on experience with basic molecular biology techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred**:

- Experience with microbiome-related techniques (e.g., 16S rRNA workflows, qPCR for skin/gut markers)
- Familiarity with DNA sequencing workflows or microfluidics
- Exposure to GLP/GMP or ISO-certified laboratory environments
