We are looking for a passionate and energetic new member for our Marketing team for Link Rewards Programme. You will work with cross-functional teams to oversee and develop loyalty and marketing campaigns promoting Link Partners and their products/services to over 2.4 million Link members. You are creative, analytical, digitally-savvy, and commercially driven. You enjoy working with a team of like-minded individuals who are aligned towards common goals. This role will report to the Lead of the Brand and Partner Marketing team.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Propose, execute and manage marketing campaigns and CRM strategies for key partners such as FairPrice Group, Downtown East, Caltex and Trust Bank to achieve their business objectives and contribute towards NTUC Link’s KPIs in a ROI-positive manner
- Manage marketing roadmap for key Link Partners
- Use product marketing strategies to manage digital Loyalty products such as Rewards Catalogue, FairPrice app loyalty features, Link Travel Deals, Link Online Mall
- Drive revenue growth for key accounts
- Design campaign mechanics and craft marketing messages to create the desired consumer engagement journey

**Qualifications**:
You should have:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline in Business or Marketing
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in the field of marketing
- Experience in loyalty and CRM marketing is an advantage
- Proficiency for tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Suite
- Ability to analyse business data, interpret consumer trends and extract actionable insights
- Good verbal and written communication skills
