**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for negotiating and fixing of charter parties, ensuring the reasonableness, legality and avoiding potential risks of charter parties.
- Monitor the execution and performance of voyages and review close accounts.
- Actively seek new clients and expand the market and customer base.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by leaders.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 years of experience in bulk cargo chartering.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and Mandarin.
- Integrity, self-motivated, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, serious work attitude as well as excellent professional ethics.
- Good communications and coordination skills, along with sharp market insight.
- Graduates from maritime universities or related shipping majors are preferred.
