**Job Overview**

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Non-Emergency Ambulance Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team who is responsible for manning Service Hotline and scheduling requests for non-emergency medical transportation. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage our Service Hotline for all incoming calls for our non-emergency medical transportation service and 1777 calls
- Schedule transportation requests for patients to and from medical facilities using our fleet of ambulances and medical transport vans.
- Monitor and update schedules in real time to address changes and optimize operations
- Provide excellent customer service in handling all incoming calls
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Required Experiences**
- Experience in a vehicle or resources dispatch or scheduling role.
- Familiarity with medical transportation services.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in a busy environment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

**Education/Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with Non-Emergency Medical Transport services and medical terminology is a definite plus
- At least 1-2 years of dispatching or logistics experience, preferably in healthcare or transportation
- Preferably with a Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) (Training will be provided if needed).
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding, fast-paced environments.

**Communication and Support**
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, drivers, and healthcare providers.
- Confirm schedules, provide updates, and notify all parties of changes promptly.
- Handle inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and optimize operations.

**Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or last-minute schedule changes efficiently
- Address feedback or complaints with, professionalism and urgency, related to ground team’s performance, service quality, or billing queries.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
