**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Performs business analysis and product/project management role in an exciting and challenging IT environment for critical Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platform and related operational systems/tools.
- Provides advice or solution recommendation to address business pain points or improve business efficiency with technology or process change.
- Works with other team members to understand resolutions to achieve greater self-sufficiency over time. Consider support sustainability and total cost of ownership of new solutions.
- Communicates with users about the progress of their service requests.
- Participates in engagement with Supply & Trading management and key users in Asia Pacific Region (Manila, Singapore, Perth) to understand their needs, issues, projects and changing business conditions.
- Influences business users to work collaboratively together to achieve collective goals in innovation, modernization and efficiency building through digitalization.
- Collaborates with other IT colleagues to capture business requirements using Scaled Agile Frameworks; understands IT requirements generated by business strategies and operational requirements
- Ensures appropriate technical solutions meet business needs and are well adopted; participate in work plans for ongoing IT deliverables
- Works with Managed Services Partners to ensure user issues/enhancements are acted on in a timely manner

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a business-related discipline (Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Business, Accounting)
- 5-10 years’ Business Analyst experience
- Strong communicator and team player
- Experience in commodities, finance, trading support is preferred
- Experience in ION’s suite of ETRM product, Power Apps, Power BI, RPA is advantageous

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
