**Investor Relations and Executive Assistant
**Investor Relations**:

- Prepare reports for investors
- Organise investor and fundraising events
- Coordinate with investors to obtain information for onboarding, KYC/AML checks
- Check that forms and AML/KYC documents submitted are complete
- Coordinate with Fund Administrator to process documentation
- Coordinate with company secretary to issue shares and all necessary ACRA filings
- Update management team regularly on the onboarding progress
- Provide support and attend meetings to welcome potential investors
- Maintain good relations with investors

**Comms**:

- Prepare press releases
- Create content for media distribution, digital or otherwise
- Maintain relations with media outlets
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts
- Manage and update the company’s website

**Executive Assistant**:

- Schedule appointments for CEO and COO and send out calendar invitations
- Manage the company’s Google Drive/physical folders and ensure that documents are filed accordingly
- Liaise with external service providers to ensure that the company is compliant with procedures and documentation in line with MAS regulations
- Handle MASNET filings on changes to company information
- Liaise with internal departments on HR and Finance matters
- Maintain the company’s display area, which includes a 3-rack hydroponic system

**Office Management**:

- Liaise with the Office Manager on maintenance and office requirements
- Purchase stationery, office items and manage stock accordingly

**Requirements**:
Degree holder with knowledge or experience in asset management/investment would be preferred

Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team

Good IT skills, including knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.
