**Inside Sales / Sales Admin**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers using various resources.
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide quotes to potential customers and close sales deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and address any issues or concerns.
- Report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products
- Provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma holder or above in any related field
- 1 to 2 years in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in Information Technology Industry preferred.
- Excellent customer relationship development skills
- Good organizational skill and the ability to multitask
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Proficiency in MS Office skills
