[Job Description]: As a Sales and Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient sales and shipping operations. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating with sales team members to process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating with customers to confirm order details, provide shipping information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Liaising with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Generating shipping documents, including packing slips, invoices, and customs paperwork, as required.
- Resolving shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a proactive and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and inventory levels using our internal systems.
- Providing regular updates to management on sales and shipping metrics, trends, and challenges.

[Requirements]:

- Proven experience in sales coordination, shipping/logistics, or a similar role.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
