At Genetic Design and Magic Corporation (GDMC), we believe in bringing the magic of novel genetic medicines to patients by innovating in manufacturing technologies that are critical to the delivery of that vision. As one of our biotechnologists, you will have the vital role of supporting the start-up of the manufacturing facility in Singapore, supporting our senior leadership in validation and deployment of critical manufacturing infrastructure. You will also have the outstanding opportunity to have process ownership over multiple manufacturing areas such upstream cell culture and harvest, downstream purification and fill-finish operations. **Responsibilities**
- Perform equipment monitoring & and basic housekeeping (6S, Kanban, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve process related issues.
- Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Participate in deviation investigation process. (Process, Environmental/Maintenance/Equipment, QC) and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Logbooks and Batch Records (BR) competently and effectively.
- Perform all activities in compliance with GDMC safety standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in validation activities such as Protocols, IQ, OQ, PQ and associated validation documents/reports.
- Perform cleaning of equipment and cleanrooms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering/scientific discipline (Bio/chemical engineering/life science/biology/chemistry). Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Some relevant work experience in biologics/chemical/pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries is advantageous.
- Experience in Aseptic Operation and cleanroom / sterile environment is advantageous
- Ability to operate across functional boundaries, both internal and external.
- Able to work occasional 12 hours shift when required.
- Team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture that relies on collaboration for effective decision-making.
- Has good quality mindset and disciplined towards work.
- Work authorisation in Singapore.

**Salary Range**

$3500 - $4500
