Our client is a Japanese Manufacturer which provides gas abatement systems, semiconductor devices, solar devices, etc. They are currently looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Support & Purchasing Executive who can liaise with Japanese clients.

【 What you will be doing 】
- To issue Sales Quotation/Delivery Order/Invoice/Statement of Account
- To issue Weekly Inventory Report / Monthly Sales Report
- Maintaining and updating of inventory records using software system (Autocount)
- Ensuring timely delivery of item(s) to meet customer’s requirement
- Providing translation of Japanese in written & speaking
- Arrangement of shipment for Documents & Parts

Requirement**:
【 What they are looking for 】
- Degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- Fluent in Japanese language (min JLPT N2) as this position requires to liaise frequently with native Japanese customers
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales support/logistics/purchasing or shipping roles
- Able to use software system (Autocount), familiarity with shipping terms will be an advantage
- Able to start immediately/short notice is highly preferred

8:30 ~ 17:30
