**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Covers financial crime compliance specializing in sanctions and name screening matters
- Develop, maintain and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations
- Work closely with regulators for compliance, legal and payments team.
- Provide advisory to management and relevant business units on relevant laws and regulations
- Handle ad-hoc projects from time to time as assigned.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- At least 10 years of legal and compliance experience in leading financial institutions
- Experience in liaising with global regulators - Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, and US
- Fintech / payments and leadership experience a must.
