- This is a full-time permanent role

- Work location: Commonwealth (2 bus stops away from Napier MRT)
- Working hours: Tuesday-Wednesday: 3pm-11pm | Thursday-Saturday: 11am-3pm, 6pm-11pm (Split shift)*

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements
- Communicating with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the restaurant team*

**Requirements**:

- Prior F&B Experience preferred
- Food and hygiene certification preferred (if not, company is willing to sponsor but should complete at least 3 months of work in order to be reimbursed)
- Personable, charming and outgoing personality, with a strong service-attitude
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Possess stamina to stay on feet for long periods
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
