**JOB DESCRIPTION:
To attend site show rounds and understand project requirements.

To provide job costings and estimations to prepare project quotations and tender submissions. Familiar with autocad/Bim drawings to ascertain project requirements.

To report to the Project Manager and Management on project costings and estimations.

To assist and co-operate with other staff in office works including updating of datas and records, drawings etc., for IMS compliance.

To carry out any other related duties which may be later assigned to you by the management.

**REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or degree in engineering or minimum 4 years of relevant ACMV experience if he does not have the necessary paper qualifications.

Ability to work independently and cooperate as a team member.

Monitors and analyzes project cost estimates, expenditures and forecasts.

Requires technical knowledge of the construction work involved, autocad and BIM modelling.

Ability to use cost-estimating methods.

To attend site show rounds and other meetings as and when required.

To work closely with all staff and IMS compliance purposes.
