**Stakeholder Communication and Alignment**:Understand current pain points and wishlists of all stakeholders. Consolidate and align requirements. Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring congruency with strategic and operational goals.
- **Define and Detail Project Outcomes**:Illustrate UI / UX solutions that deliver best-in-class experiences for our users and audience while adequately addressing internal and external stakeholder requirements and objectives. Detail all UI / UX decisions taken and the rationale behind them.
- **Information Architecture**:Review and refine the information architecture, ensuring efficient and intuitive navigation for users.
- **User-Centered Design**:Develop user-centric design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that address user needs and business goals.
- **Responsive Design**:Ensure design considerations are responsive and adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices.
- **Usability Testing**:Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs. Implement design improvements based on user insights.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, including a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
- Knowledge of best practices in user-centered design, usability principles, and user testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile design principles.
- Familiarity with design systems and creating and maintaining design guidelines. **End-to-End Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups, including senior management, division and content heads, internal platform users, external developers, and target audiences, to ensure a successful proof of design concept and implementation of solutions.
- **Developer Implementation and Feasibility**:Seek vendors who can implement the design concept and solution and conduct both functional and cost feasibility studies. Work with chosen vendor to implement the design.
