**Responsibilities**:
**Member Experience/ Member Relations**:

6. Adopt brand cultural values including maintain a healthy way of life.

**Sales & Marketing**:
1. Effectively meet and surpass sales targets set.

2. Conducting market research to determine appropriate sales and marketing strategies.

3. Propose and oversee the effective execution of approved sales and marketing strategies. Monitor the effectiveness of and return on investment (ROI) on implemented sales and marketing strategies.

4. Design and implement approved promotional strategies to attract new members.

5. Promote other brand programs, services, and products such as subscriptions and block packages.

6. Develop and conduct community outreach programs as required.

8. Assist the Centre Manager in engaging with members to maintain and retain existing membership base.

**Operations**:
1. Ensure that all administrative requirements met in a timely fashion including tracking of all prospects and leads in the relevant form.

2. Keep membership paperwork in order.

3. Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for and perform sales opening and closing.

4. Track inventory of items available for sale at the centre including retail items etc.

5. Be familiar with all backend systems used within the Centre including MBO

6. Assist the Centre Manager and other staff in dealing with member issues and member engagement activities.

7. Assist the Centre Manager in the completion of reporting requirements such as providing information for the daily productivity report.

8. Assist the Centre Manager and other staff in various operational duties to ensure smooth operations at the club.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
