**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver talks, workshops, and programmes for parents, grandparents, and couples.
- Support outreach and engagement efforts with stakeholders such as school leaders, educators, community partners, and religious organisations to promote family life education.
- Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of family-related programmes.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, or a related field.
- Preferably trained and accredited in:
- Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Level 2 and 3
- Signposts Groupwork
- Purposeful Play
- Prepare/Enrich _(Applicants without these certifications should be open to attending the relevant training.) _
- Confident in delivering seminars and facilitating groupwork.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in family life education (e.g., parenting and marriage counselling, or groupwork facilitation).
- Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about supporting families, especially parents, grandparents, and young couples.
