**Job Summary**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize and manage daily construction activities and site operations
- Develop and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations on-site
- Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays
- Provide progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in construction projects
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in reading drawings and construction specifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements
- Willing to work **6 days a week, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays**:

- Able to work at multiple sites across Singapore
