Reporting directly to the Operation General Manager, the Retail Manager is responsible for the overall retail operational and financial success.

- Respond to all customer and staff inquiries with patience, confidence, and professionalism

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and shift coverage
- Ability to manoeuvre effectively around the retail outlets, office, and to/from other retail locations for departmental meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
