We specialize in providing our clients with a safe and nurturing environment where they can experience the transformative power of aerial and pilates exercise. Aerial and Pilates, or boutique fitness experience highly preferred. As a Wellness Studio Assistant, you will work closely with our studio's instructors and staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our clients have a positive and rewarding experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with scheduling and rostering using Wix / Rezeve/Vibefam /Classpass
- Uploading Copy and Studio Events to Social Media Channels
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Liaise with meditation, movement, and wellness practitioners looking to book for spaces for educational events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
- Ensure that clients are aware of and follow our studio's policies and procedures.
- Help to promote our studio's services and events, both in-person and online.
- Other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized studio space.
- Interest in health, wellness, and fitness, particularly aerial and pilates exercise.
- Experience working in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using computer software and social media platforms.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
