Location: Central

**Responsibilities**
- Identify the cause(s) of issues and resolve the issues or recommend solutions accordingly
- Conduct routine inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained for all locations and highlight any maintenance/improvement works required
- Respond quickly to emergencies and propose improvements to prevent recurring emergency incidents
- Plan, track and manage preventive maintenance programs for M&E installations and equipment
- Source for contractors and quotations for necessary maintenance work
- Supervise on maintenance/rectification works carried out by contractors and recommend for payment when works are properly executed
- Manage and oversee the performance of the contractors
- Support team and individual facilities initiatives by providing key insights from the day-to-day issues in their purview.

**Requirements**:

- ‘NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities and building management related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
