**Position Overview**:As a Sports Massage Therapist at REVOLT GYM, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in their journey to recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance their overall Fitness performance. You will work closely with our fitness coaches, and individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and specific needs.
- Develop customized sports massage treatment plans to address clients' goals and conditions.
- Administer a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
- Provide pre-event and post-event sports massages to enhance athletes' performance and aid in recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and trainers, to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to maintain and improve their physical well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment that adheres to hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sports massage and related therapies through ongoing education and training.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a recognized sports massage therapy program or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Proven experience in providing sports massage therapy, preferably in a sports or wellness setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor massage techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to client safety and comfort.
- Professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,400.00 per month
