Assist in the detailed technical review of tender documents.
- Preparation of relevant technical questions during Pre-Bid Clarifications.
- Preparation of suitable technical solutions while engaging with the relevant departments, stakeholders and service providers.
- Preparation of necessary technical documents required for tender submission.
- Ensure all documents prepared and submitted, meet the requirements of the tender and are in accordance with company's procedures, processes and systems.
- Preparation of relevant responses and documents during Post-Bid Clarifications.
- Ensure up-to-date engineering and technical knowledge including but not limited to vessel designs, equipment and technological advancements relevant to tender submission.
- Maintain a register of technical information of past tenders.
- Support Engineering team in the design specifications for the contracted tender awards.
- Other appropriate tasks as may directed by the Tender Manager.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $1.00 - $10.00 per month
