Set in the Bay East Garden, the Founders' Memorial aims to honour the legacy of our founding generation of leaders and inspire the future. It will be a landmark featuring an integrated gallery and gardens experience. In this role, you will be part of the team driving and managing the development work on smart technologies adoption and implementation, as well as project coordination, in support of the Memorial's vision and goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, consultants and contractors in your areas of responsibility.

[What you will be doing]
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to review and implement Smart Building Technologies and automation solutions for FM operations, with the objective of optimising building performance, maintainability and visitor experience
- Work with consultants and partners to identify and drive the integration of AI-powered solutions and IoT-enabled monitoring systems to create smarter buildings/environments
- Implement smart facility management and maintenance systems, including automation/robotic solutions
- Research and study new smart tools and strategies for the built environment
- Support the coordination of project matters across the team of multi-disciplinary consultants and contractors, as well as interfacing matters with Gardens by the Bay
- Provide support in project documentation and control
- Assist with administrative and meeting matters
- Support the team in working towards the successful completion of the building project

[What we are looking for]
- Background in engineering, preferably in the smart technology field
- Preferably at least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management within smart cities, energy management and IoT sectors
- Good understanding of energy optimisation and monitoring systems, IoT for smart infrastructure, AI-driven technologies and sustainability frameworks
- Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing consultants and contractors
- Excellent writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team
