**Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in middleware administration and able to support in multi platforms (e.g. Windows, Unix/Linux).
- Experience in the configuration and administration of appliances like Oracle WebLoCUSTOMER, IBM MQ, SWIFT and associated components.
- Experience with technical expertise in monitoring, configuration rollout and extraction scripting in Korn Shell for appliances stated.
- Experience in capacity planning and performance planning of supported appliances.
- Perform routine check and preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and fix middleware related issues.
- Proficient in best practices, new technologies and recommend enhancements and configuration changes for appliances optimization and improvement.
- Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance and ensure compliance to IT security standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
