**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide accounting support to the accounting department (e.g. assist to meet month end closing and reporting deadlines)
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Liaise with internal departments for reports and various supporting documents
- Manage reimbursement of staff expense claims
- Any adhoc tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
**Field of Study ; Accountancy**
- Min. Diploma in accounting or any related field
- Independent, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, well-organized
- Time management skills, strong written and verbal skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess positive, responsible and self-motivated attitude
- know the basic computer knowledge and micorsoft excel
- Able to work in a team
Flexi working hours, office at Ubi/ Taisheng area
