**We are looking for part-time assistants for our clinic at Punggol Walk.**:
**Job Description**:

- Ensure patients are registered promptly and details are correctly captured in the system.
- Perform administrative and receptionist duties.
- Answering of telephone calls and enquiries from patients.
- Registration of patients for their appointments and discarding patients after their treatment (include payment, medicine dispensing, cheduling of next appointment etc).
- Maintaining appointment schedules by calling patients for follow-up and for recall appointments.
- Manage supplier accounts, filling of invoices, payment to suppliers, ordering new supplies.
- CHAS, Medisave and HSG submissions.
- Lab cases-send out, receive and ensure cases are ready for patient’s appointment.
- Chaperone Doctor when needed in clinic.
- Chaperone Doctor when needed in Homecare.
- Any other administrative duties as required.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 year of clinic / healthcare work experience.
- Experience in home care services is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Other Information**
- Wednesdays - 8am to 12.30pm; 2pm to 5pm
- Saturdays - 8am to 1pm
- Hourly rate : $10
