Banquet Team Leader

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day to day operations of banquet floor and ensure all equipment request are fulfilled.
- Oversee and ensure all services and set ups are done in an orderly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure guest’s needs are met
- Follow up problems which may arise from event order and room allocations and rectify as soon as possible.
- Assist in controlling and monitoring of department’s budget.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum “N” Level and above with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
- An excellent team player who is able to multitask.
- Service oriented with a positive personality and comfortable with interacting with people of all levels.
- 6 days work week, able to work shifts including public holidays and weekends.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
