- Our client is a leading fintech organization with a strong presence globally. Upon rapid expansion, they are looking for an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Quality Assurance (QA) Vice President to join the wider compliance team in Singapore. As the AML QA VP, you will play a critical role in our organization by leading and developing our AML compliance program across the Asian markets. You will work closely with other senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of AML compliance are met and maintained.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive AML QA framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regionally
- Monitor and manage AML risks through regular assessments, audits, and ongoing monitoring of the AML program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AML controls and processes
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and ensure the organization is well-prepared to meet new requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AML compliance quality assurance / testing / audit from financial institutions and/or Big4
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and best practices for APAC
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AML QA frameworks and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus
