The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the club’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. This role manages daily finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, AR/AP functions, and the development and enforcement of finance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full spectrum of finance functions, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely billing, collections, and payments.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analysis to management and the General Committee.
- Develop, implement, and review finance-related SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Work closely with department heads to support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Manage and mentor finance team members to ensure effective execution of daily finance operations.
- Support procurement and contract review from a financial perspective.
- Recommend improvements in accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance management, preferably in hospitality, clubs, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
