Employment Type: Contract/Temporary- Location: Singapore**The Role**:
This position will be supporting the supervisor in the assigned team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of the General Ledger (GL) functions for portfolio of properties.
- Other duties include month-end GL closing, preparing of audit, related parties and tax schedules, as well as ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Preparation of full set of GL functions and month-end GL closing activities for smaller entities.
- Preparation of variance analysis for portfolio of properties.
- Support team on any ad hoc projects untaken by finance team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP system.
- Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline.
