Role and Responsibility

Communication & content delivery:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly town hall meetings (e.g. APAC Asakai, Monthly Shimekai, Business Camp etc), ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop meeting agendas and content.
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, communication, and virtual/in-person setup.
- Collaborate with HR and corporate communications teams to create and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, related to cultural initiatives, DEIB, and events.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns focused on corporate culture, employee engagement, well-being, and sustainability.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on cultural activities and their outcomes.

Cultural Champion:

- Be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs.
- Work closely with the leadership and the global corporate culture team to create a roadmap for implementing new initiatives.
- Plan and execute engagement activities with the wider corporate team to build everyone together.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Corporate Culture initiatives and facilitate communication and collaboration with various stakeholders and leaders.

Mandatory Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in either of the following fields: Communications/Marketing, Employer Engagement/ Branding, Creative Content Development/ Management.
- Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or related fields.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated project management and organization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within APAC region as needed
