**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography Excellence**:

- Conduct studio photoshoots for families, graduations, maternity, and corporate headshots.
- Provide guidance and pose ideas to create beautiful, timeless photographs.
- Capture glowing moments that clients will cherish forever.
- **Outstanding Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively and deliver a 5-star experience that leaves clients smiling.
- Have patience and empathy to engage with children, families, and professionals alike.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with editors to meet deadlines and maintain consistency.
- **Studio Management**:

- Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Take care of equipment and props, reporting issues or restocking needs as necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative director, studio manager, and editors.
- Occasionally assist with onsite shoots or larger productions as needed.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on photography techniques, software, and equipment.
- Be open to feedback, take initiatives, and grow both personally and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in studio lighting, posing, and camera operations.
- Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (advanced editing skills are a plus).
- Familiarity with Canon equipment is advantageous.
- **Experience**:

- At least **1 year of professional photography experience **(freelance or full-time).
- Customer service experience is highly valued.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Outgoing, energetic, and empathetic personality.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

**Working Hours**:

- **Up to 6 days a week **(main studio operations from Wednesday to Sunday).
- **Tuesdays**:Always an off day.
- **Mondays**:Admin-focused day with flexibility for discussions.
- **Wednesdays**:Typically operational during holiday periods or high-demand months; on non-shoot days, timings can be flexible.
- Weekends and public holidays are required when rostered.
