Excavator Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators to complete earthworks such as trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation.
- Inspect, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment before and after use.
- Work closely with site supervisors and ground crew to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
- Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and traffic management plans.
- Read and interpret site plans, instructions, and grade markings.
- Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and equipment usage reports.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Excavator Operator certification/license (e.g., WSQ, CPCS, or equivalent) (Excavator Operation - with Lifting Machine)
- Proven experience operating excavators in a construction, civil works, or related setting.
- Familiarity with operating different types of excavators (wheeled, tracked, mini, etc.).
- Good understanding of soil types, load limits, and safe excavation practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and sometimes challenging environments.
