**Description**

Based out of Singapore, you will be part of a professional and dynamic operational team, responsible for the day-to-day support of Apple’s Enterprise Network infrastructure. We are rapidly growing and building the fastest and most reliable enterprise network that is needed for Apple’s immense scale and unique requirements. You will be working in a fast-paced environment while developing critical operational expertise to support an infrastructure environment that is stable and available to employees in our APAC offices and call centers. Possessing strong interpersonal skills, you are expected to work with many other cross-functional groups and vendors. You will need to obsess over the customer experience and drive operational excellence in everything that they do. The position requires extensive knowledge of network operations and designs, will partake in essential network augments, as well as assisting in new deployments to help Apple scale its product and service offerings.
- Minimum of 3 years of network operations and support experience.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP (both IPv4/IPv6).
- Experience and knowledge of configuring ACL (Access Control List) is required.
- Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, MPLS, IPSec, VLANs, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, Multicast, VPNs, VoIP, VxLAN, SD-WAN, and Structured Cabling etc.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and/or Palo Alto network platforms.
- Knowledge and experience with network monitoring and management.
- Scripting knowledge using Python and using Ansible tool are highly regarded.
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
- Strong communication skills required to engage both local and global teams.Experienced in building relationship, fostering trust and engaging various teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- College degree (BA or BS) or relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Experience (3+ years) and progressive responsibilities within a global, multi-cultural, multi-location organization.
- Advanced vendor Network Certifications preferred.
