**Job Title: Equipment Administrator (Construction Project - Changi Airport T5)**

**Location**: Changi Airport Terminal 5 Project Site, Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all construction equipment, including registration, allocation, transfer, usage, and disposal records.
- Coordinate daily dispatch and scheduling of heavy machinery and construction tools to meet project demands and timelines.
- Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules; ensure all equipment is serviced on time and kept in optimal working condition.
- Liaise with subcontractors, maintenance teams, and third-party vendors for equipment repairs and inspections.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations (e.g., WSH standards, LTA/CAAS requirements) and ensure that all operators are properly certified.
- Assist in procurement, tracking, and inventory control of equipment-related spare parts and consumables.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on equipment status, utilization rate, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation such as manuals, service logs, safety checklists, and inspection records for audit and project review purposes.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment or asset management on construction sites. Prior experience in large-scale or international projects is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiar with common construction equipment used in foundation or civil works (e.g., drilling rigs, cranes, concrete pumps, compressors).
- Able to use asset management systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Yonyou, or Excel-based tracking).
- **Language**: Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken); ability to read equipment manuals and complete daily logs in English.
- **Soft Skills**: Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and good at cross-department communication and coordination.
- **Additional Certifications (preferred)**: Forklift License, Lifting Equipment Safety Training, Electrical Work Permit, or Equipment Safety Management Certification.
