**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and purchase electronic components and mechanical parts that meet required specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
- Perform comparison of specifications and pricing and propose alternatives to engineers for approval.
- Issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisitions.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and expedite urgent materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Store departments to resolve discrepancies between delivery orders and invoices.
- Work with the Quality Control team to address suppliers' quality issues.
- Participate in the annual audit for ISO9001 & 14001 certifications.

- Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (OEM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions such as SUMPRODUCT, Conditional Formatting, Sort/Filter, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience with machining/metal stamping parts will be considered an added advantage.
