**What the role is**
- To perform audits on operational risks and control processes with main objectives of assessing adequacy of risk management controls and compliance with RPs/SOPs for the purpose of improving the effectiveness of governance and risk management.

**What you will be working on**
- Perform operational audits on PUB’s mission critical operations of Water Supply, Water Reclamation and Drainage functions, according to the scope and objectives stated in the annual IA Plan. This involves having to perform site visits to plants and installations to audit processes.
- Develop and update operational audit programme
- Prepare audit reports and present to senior management on findings of the audit.
- Liaise with other monitoring functions such as ERMO, JOD-ORR, WQD, IDTD etc.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (1st/2nd Class Honours)
- Experience in engineering operational functions.
- Knowledge of operational processes, SOPs and RPs
- Knowledge of operational information systems, such as IWMS, GERI, AMS and Microsoft tools (e.g. EXCEL) is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of PUB’s internal processes (critical operations and maintenance regime) and tools (GERI, IWMS, AMS etc)
- Working knowledge and understanding of internal control framework, Government Instruction Manual and risk management.
- Analytical, systematic and meticulous
- Strong interest in IT
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with staff
- Good writing skill
