- **Willing to work Shifts: 9am to 5pm, 1pm to 9pm OR 3pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday), 10 am to 2pm (Alternate weekends)**

The client, a major fitness chain in Singapore, is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their big family as Brand Ambassador to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer inquiries or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our club satisfied and you will contribute to the profitability of the club.

**Challenges**:

- Effectively meet and surpass sales targets.
- Oversee the effective execution of member acquisition strategies.
- Enforce pre-opening sales policies and procedures.
- Create an inviting and welcoming experience for future members.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.
- Conduct, record, and report a daily productivity sheet and keep membership paperwork in order.
- Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
- Performs neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate awareness and member leads within the surrounding area including neighborhoods, apartment and condo complexes, and new developments.

**What it Takes**:

- Experience within Sales and marketing would be a strong advantage.
- Hard-working, self-motivated and be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve targets,
- Enjoys sales and has a passion for building a career in the health and fitness industry,
- Enjoys meeting people, promotions, organizing events and marketing.
