**About the Role**

We are expanding our Data Center team in Singapore and are looking for enthusiastic, committed **Diploma graduates**who are passionate about IT infrastructure and technology operations. This is a rare opportunity to enter the fast-growing data center industry with **full training provided**. You will work alongside experienced engineers, supporting critical infrastructure for global businesses.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist in daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities
- Perform basic equipment checks and ensure uptime of power, cooling, and server systems
- Support physical installations, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment
- Maintain documentation and update inventory systems
- Respond to on-site incidents and escalate issues where necessary
- Follow safety and security protocols within the data center environment

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Recent graduates with a **Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields**:

- Passionate about infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work
- Willing to work in **shift rotations**(including weekends and nights)
- Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence
- Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team
- No prior data center experience is required - **training will be provided**

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**
- Basic understanding of IT hardware or networking
- Internship or project experience in tech operations or support roles
- Familiarity with DCIM tools or ticketing systems
