Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., A*STAR Research Institutes, A*STAR Biomedical Research Council (BMRC), A*STAR Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC) and Innovation & Enterprise (I&E), Corporate Group and HQ Procurement) to forecast demand and to identify, execute new and/or existing Demand Aggregation projects in Consumables and Services to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
Managing a list of approved suppliers and perform as functional bridge amongst suppliers as well as internal stakeholders. Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
Coordinating the administrative tasks (i.e., business review meetings, etc) with the suppliers.
Preparing and populating monthly reports.
Participating and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

**Requirements**:
Degree in any relevant fields.
Experience in biomedical or engineering consumables purchasing is advantages
Possess strategic thinking skills and attention to details.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
