Senior Technologist

**Role and Responsibility**:

- The main duty is to conduct research to identify, evaluate and model renewable energy technologies and environment
- To perform modeling and simulation to analyze and optimize decarbonization system, including performance prediction, resource usage and system integration.
- Design, collaborate, execute and participate testing of renewable energy concepts, including data collection, analysis and interpretation.
- Prepare technical reports, papers and presentations summarizing research findings, methodologies, and conclusions for internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering/Science Degree
- Demonstrated experience with building, solving and optimizing robust models which incorporate fundamental process chemistry
- Expert in model building using process simulation (ASPEN, HYSYS), Microsoft Excel or other software
- Experience in renewable energy research, development or related fields is preferred
- Experience with renewable market analysis, data analysis and simulation tools are required
- Capability to conduct literature review research with guidance
- Strong attention to detail in accuracy in data collection and analysis to ensure the reliability and validity of model results
- Able to prepare report and presentation in English and Mandarin as this role will be partnering cohesively with stakeholders across APAC.
