**Sales and Customer Service**:

**Retail Operations**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies or low stock items to operation managers.
- Support inventory counts and accurate record-keeping of stock levels.
- Responsible for restocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring overall store organization.
- Adhere to shop day-to-day operations procedures, including opening and closing responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Ability to provide consultative product usage and styling advice preferred.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a retail environment.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive.
- Proficiency in English to effectively handle queries and feedback from diverse customers and associates.
- Basic technical skills: May be required to use technology such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
