Job Responsibilities:

- Perform inventory cycle counts and day-to-day procurement and purchasing operations
- Consolidating purchase orders across different departments for purchase quantities and schedules, scheduling delivery and arrangements with efficiency
- Handling procument activities including sourcing, liaising, negotiating the price and contract with existing and new suppliers
- Assisting in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic manner
- Track and monitor price trends and industry on supply and demand
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in purchasing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Working location: Tai Seng
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
