**About KidsFirst**
KidsFirst is an Early Intervention School, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy clinic for children. Our center works with children with special needs (Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), genetic disorders, and Cerebral Palsy, etc). We deliver an intensive therapy-based program and also provide 1-1 therapy services.
KidsFirst serves a mixed population of international and Singaporean clients, with KidsFirst being listed as one of the preferred Early Intervention Centers by KK Women's and Children's Hospital and National University Hospital (NUH) - Singapore.
We are located at 8 Hong Kong Street, Singapore 059651.
Our brand-new facility houses five state of the art Occupational Therapy Gyms, five Speech Therapy Rooms and two levels for the Early Intervention classrooms. Conveniently located to shopping malls and food spaces like Clarke Quay Central, Chinatown Point, Riverside Point and Hong Lim Market & Food Centre.

**What are we looking for?**
- Permanent Full-Time Position for an Assistant Teacher to support Children with Special Needs
- Support Lead teacher in the following:
- Conduct lessons in a specialized small group, Early Intervention Program (EIP) setting.
- Create lesson plans and curriculum and track student progress.
- Following Individualized Educational Plan goals (IEP) for students and contributing to progress reports.
- Create/set up of learning activities, support with classroom supervision and follow-through of learning/behavior plans, support with children's daily living skills (toileting, dressing and mealtime routines).
- Classroom-based admin work
- creating student files, attendance forms, visuals and other tasks delegated by Lead teacher/ Head of Program
- Work in collaboration with a multi-professional team of teachers and therapists.
- Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/ Special Education or related educational fields. A Bachelor's Degree in Teaching will be of value.
- Teaching qualifications or equivalent in Special Education will be of value.
- Experience teaching with children with special needs will be of value.
- Experience working in a preschool setting will be of value.
- Must be proficient in communicating and writing professionally in English.
Salary commensurate with experience and level of qualification.
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
