**The Job**

This role provides business consultation, cultivates executive-level client relationships, identifies new business opportunities externally and within existing accounts, and drives revenue.

The Senior Account Director role is perfect for someone who has a passion for relationship building and is seeking a role with direct and significant impact on the short
- and long-term success of the company. This is a highly visible account management and business development role with a focus on achieving results, creating strategic relationships, and growing revenue with major agency holding companies. Excellent communication and analytical skills, including demonstrating persistence to get to the route of a problem, are critical, as is the ability to exercise good judgment independently. The individual needs to be able to breakdown complex technology and explain it with simplicity, as well as liaise with anyone ranging from an analyst to senior executives & C-Suite. This individual will also need people management skills to remotely manage 3 Account Managers.

- We are a multilingual, international team based in Singapore, India, Thailand and Indonesia
- We have range of new starters and mid to long term tenured individuals
- We are an inquisitive bunch who like to learn about each other’s backgrounds and the Ad Tech industry

- We support some of the largest publishers, advertising agencies and marketplace curators in Asia

**You Will**
- Build long-term trusting relationships with major agency holding groups locally and regionally; deepening influence through executive level and strategic engagement
- Remotely manage a team of account managers working with APAC CTV/OTT buyers
- Evangelize and present Xandr Curate solutions
- Develop Xandr Curate sales strategy in a view to drive long term business results
- Continuously look to refine our Curate & CTv/OTT Go To Market approach and surface customer product needs, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Marketing organization to shape Xandr Curate go-to-market narrative, and be expert at articulating the Xandr story internally and externally
- Participate in industry events and assist in developing Xandr’s market presence, seen as a thought leader

**Requirements**:
**You Have**
- Experience working in online advertising, preferably with an RTB-focused company (e.g. SSP, ATD, Exchange or DSP) or with an online publisher that provided relevant programmatic experience
- Ability to excel in a client-facing, consultative role developing complex accounts
- Ability to take accountability, work under pressure, set and meet deadlines
- Capable of gaining a deep understanding of technology enabled advertising
- Effective communication and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders
- Innately collaborative; demonstrated mastery of cross-functional leadership
- Personally, embodies best practice, and customer service principals in ways that improve collaboration, understanding, and execution in others around them.
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships
