As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to our Counter-UAS products. You’ll be responsible for delivering results that meet performance standards, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead projects related to RF and Counter Drones technology from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and track budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of RF and Counter-UAS solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant RF regulations and best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies in the RF and Counter-UAS space.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in RF or Counter-UAS domains.
- Experience in defense or high-tech industries is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
