**Job Description**:
**Executive, Business & Channels Development**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales goals, ensure business objectives are met, and ensure revenue growth from 3 key segments: Corporates, Communities, Schools
- Cultivate and manage accounts of existing corporate clients, communities and schools through direct selling to ensure maximum exposure and increased revenue
- Actively prospect and qualify new business opportunities to promote, upsell, cross-sell, creative bundle, and eventually close sales leads
- Attend to guests’ enquiries, develop and negotiate quotes, proposals, and agreements
- Maintain currency of the database and ensure fruitful relationships with existing accounts
- Increase engagements with key stakeholders and island partners to sustain brand, product awareness and sales conversions through the various channels’ outreach
- Contribute to the development and/or creation of business rules and processes to ensure smooth end-to end operations and guest experience
- Gather market intelligence, spot new trends, competition mapping, and influence strategies
- Conduct familiarisation trips, roadshows and presentations when required
- Plan and execute new initiatives to drive incremental sales
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Work with other Business Units to ensure operational efficiency for the team, partners, and guests
- Assist Team Lead in preparing and/or analyse sales data and any ad-hoc tasks when required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in the Tourism or similar specialisation
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development role in the Tourism or Attractions industry
- Good analytical skills and acumen in business systems and processes
- Sales and guest service driven with positive mindset and a strong determination to succeed, can work independently
- Team player with can-do attitude and socially adept
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with good time management and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
