**Personal Trainer Jobscope**
- Serve PT Clients
- Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
- Develop personalised training plans according to clients’ goals
- Advise suitable meal plans or nutritional knowledge for clients to help them achieve their desired goals
- Monitor clients’ progress to keep them on track
- Schedule regular training sessions with clients
- Manage clients’ regular attendance to ensure progress
- Maintaining customer service standards
- Ensure quality of service is always there and clients are satisfied
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients
- Helping to keep gym facilities clean and in order for clients to use
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Ensure safety, correct execution and proper use of equipment during PT sessions
- Ensure gym floor is always well-maintained, clean, safe and orderly where weights and other loose equipment are always kept in their proper places when not in use
- Sanitize equipment regularly
- Perform CPR and administer FIrst Aid in case of emergencies
- Promoting PT packages
- Achieve monthly targeted renewal PT sales
- Bring in referrals to achieve increased sales
- Attend all meetings/training sessions held by the company
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience as a personal trainer or a relevant role
- Ability to work flexible working hours
- Ability to work in a team
- Possess knowledge of various fitness programmes and training techniques
- Ability to guide and motivate clients
- Be able to speak effectively with clients
- Possess excellent operational knowledge of all fitness equipment
- Be able to operate all assessment equipment with expertise
